This course is designed to provide a framework for  understanding medical records by presenting terms, abbreviations, symbols, forms, and formats commonly used by health care professionals.  An overview of each body system is presented followed by symptomatic and diagnostic terms, tests and procedures, operative terms, and therapeutic terms.
